Kankakee house walk to include Bradley House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright
Kankakee will be having its Holidays in Historic Riverview Christmas House Walk on December 4, 2011, its an opportunity to tour five classic Riverview homes decorated for the holiday season. Included in this years walk is the B. Harley Bradley House designed by architect frank Lloyd Wright.
The hours are 11am to 5pm. Tickets are $15.00 in advance, $18.00 the day of the walk. for more information go to Riverview Historic District

Kenneth Laurent House up for auction
The Kenneth Laurent House in Rockford, Illinois is going up for auction on December 15, 2011. It has been listed with the MLS since January for $875,000, now reportedly the minimum bid will be set below $500,000.
The house is built of tidewater cypress and common brick. The Laurent House is a example of Frank Lloyd Wright's solar hemicycle homes. The North Maywood Community Organization (NoMCO) is having their Historic House Walk and Trolley Tour on Sunday July 12, 2009.

Tour la Minatura - January 26, 2008
Friends of the Gamble House are hosting a tour of La Minatura in Pasadena on Saturday, January 26, 2008, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Here is an extraordinary opportunity to tour Wright’s unique textile-block commission, La Miniatura (1923), originally envisioned as a Mayan ruin set in a jungle ravine. Rarely open to the public, this spectacular private home is a restoration in progress.
Tour the main house, a mysterious and exotic blend of wood, stone and ironwork, and Lloyd Wright’s studio building, added in 1926.
Lunch, available for purchase, will be served in the gardens in the shadow of La Miniatura.
